To keep your valves in good condition, we recommend testing them regularly. Every valve that comes to Delta Vana for maintenance and repair is tested and documented both before and after maintenance, and delivered with its test records.
- Hydrostatic, seat leakage and function tests to international standards (API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2, API 6D, ISO 5208) on a Ventil test unit, with certification
- Testing of all manual, shut-off and control valves up to 24 in (DN 600), at up to 400 bar with liquid and 200 bar with air
- Measurement and documentation of the performance of new and overhauled valves
- A test history kept in the system, making later maintenance easier and more predictable
